Lago Vista Sunset Villa

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. The community deer were fascinating and wonderful to see everyday. The only down side to this stay was that there were not many kitchen dishes and items to use in the oven, which made heating frozen pizza a challenge. Overall, this was a small price to pay for the enjoyable experience. Thank you!!!!

great place and great host.

The house is decorated nicely if that is important, which it is to me. Flooring is really nice and the master bed super comfortable. I loved how much hot water was available. What I didn’t like was the house was dark- not a lot of natural light comes in. The kitchen appliances need updating and the kitchen needs a deep clean desperately and some oven mits. I had to use a hand towel to take my food out of the oven. They have a few spices but no salt or pepper and not a lot of kitchen stuff- maybe invest in a couple of baking sheets at a minimum. The front door lock was challenging. My code didn’t work despite entering the ridiculously long code numerous times but fortunately they had a backup plan with a lockbox with keys. That’s a whole other story but be patient and you’ll eventually figure out how it works. The best thing about this house is the quiet area and the deer sightings. I had so many deer in the yard all day which I enjoyed.
