Tim and Mike partnered on a vacation rental cabin purchase while we were both living in different states. The investment was solid, but we would often be frustrated that we were so far away. If we wanted to make improvements or wanted to check on something — we were completely at the mercy of local third parties who did not always share our sense of urgency or vision. We knew there had to be a better way. That is why we decided our next business together was going to be local here in the Austin area. Having lived here for more than three decades, we know these communities. We work to build that same intimate knowledge that we have of these communities with each of the homeowners. We want to understand how best to optimize that property to meet the homeowner’s goals & expectations best while also ensuring that their guests’ experiences are consistent, efficient, and fun!
It has become a family affair. Both of the brothers married teachers who shared their gift of having servant’s hearts. We are all very different people but we share that common element, and this is one of the few businesses that we could run that could both leverage each of our innate desire to serve with our very diverse skills and experiences.
